FOUR YEAR WARRANTY (Not Pet Insurance)
Upon sending a Deposit or Paying in "FULL"  you must Submit this warranty/purchase agreement, with in 24 hours of the transaction. Should you choose not to comply, You understand that you  will release seller from further obligations of registrations, health  and refunds in regard  to the sale. 
Constituting that you the buyer have choosen to purchase the puppy "as is".  Please print and maintain a copy for your records

1. GENERAL HEALTH WARRANTY:
     REFUND--Should your vet find the puppy  unfit for purchase, Please return thr puppy immediatly for a  Refund of the purchase price. 
If shipped the puppy must be returned within 2 days. for the refund.  Continual care items  Ear mites, parasites, coccidia,  giardia, hernias,  are  not serious health problems  If the puppy is found with these conditions you must have the puppy treated at your  expense. 
     SHIPPED PUPPIES-- Puppies shipped will be fecal tested prior to departure.  Followed by a Health Exam done by  a licensed  veterinarian.   Who shall   issue to  a  healthy puppy  a Texas Health Certificate as  "FIT FOR PURCHASE" .

CURRENT  VACCINATIONS. Your pet is current on vaccinations and you agree not to allow the vet to revaccinate  your new puppy until you have had him for a minimum of 10 days. A further condition of this warranty you agree not to allow any veterinarian to vaccinate your   puppy with "Corona" vaccine during the warranty period.  Within the last few years this vaccine  has been removed  from most veterinarians protocal as it has been found to be harmful. Vaccinating your puppy with this vaccine  prior to 10 days  will   VOID  the  warranty. We do require you read this link to educate yourselves more in over vaccination of dogs.

Hernias . Should the puppy have a hernia and the vet feels it warrants repair it will be done prior to leaving us. As some hernias resolve on their own or some puppies are to tiny the repair may need to be done at the time of spay or neuering.  Hernias are not life threatening and are not a reason for return or refund of the puppy. 

2. 4 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:    NO NEED TO RETURN THE PET TO MAKE A CLAIM.  Your pet is WARRANTIED against  life-threatening  hereditary conditions that  include Heart, PRA of the Eyes,  Lung,  Kidney, and  Liver,     For FOUR YEARS from date of purchase
If you notify me within  FOUR  (4) YEARS  fromdate of birth, that your vet has found your new pet to have a covered life-threatening hereditary condition I will replace the pet with a healthy pet of a similar kind when available.  . You must first fax or certify mail
a letter from your vet and a  tenured Veterinarian Specialist.  Stating the findings.  Upon speaking with both your vet, your specialist and and  after my vet confirm  the findings,   I will replace the pet.  The replacement shall be from the next available litter of the same price and sex.  The Microchip number must be present on all veterinarian paperwork as a positive ID to the dog that the veterinarains have examined.
3. ONE YEAR VIRAL or  DEATH .
Should the puppy you purchased develope and loose it's life to a virus or should it lose it's life within this 1 year period to any hereditary congenital condition diagnosed/confirmed  by a veterinarian  specialist.  You will be offered a puppy of your choice of the same purchase price from the next available litter of the same breed and sex. Delivery or shipping expenses are not included   For this part of the warranty you must be able to produce veterinarian records of proper and timly vaccinations.  You must provide proof of the claim in the form of a written necropsy/autopsy done by the state lab.  Once a copy has been provided to me along with the puppies microchip I will then have  my veterinarian confirm the disgnosis with your veterinarian.  Once confirmed the warranty will be honored..

4. NOT COVERED
You agree and understand that when purchasing a puppy you are making a  lifetime commitment.
You agree that you are purcahsing this puppy as a pet/companion. You understand that crosses are not showable/breedable/registered.  Unless  registered is stated on our website. Seller does not certify the heritage to mixes unless registered.   Pet registration are  provide marked limited. Papers will be provided  once all warranty terms have been met including spay-neuter and the micro-chip.  Pruebreds  will  recieve limited  registration and  pedigree.  when all warranty terms have been met.   Unless you purchase the puppy at an unregistered price. Breeding rights are available on some puppies for an additional fee to approved clients.  Terms of which will be in Prior agreements in writing.  Registrations are AKC,  UAB, CPR  or APR
You understand that are taking on a financial responsability that will require you to provide quality food, microchip, medical, housing and training. You agree seller is not responsiable for any veterinarian bills related to this sale. You agree this is a  warranty and that you are not confusing it with  Health Insurance. Health Insurance is suggested  by the seller and can be obtained through several sources.

Due to many unseen factors in Hybrid breeding we like all other breeders can not guarantee the size of the puppy , looks at adulthood..
Hypoglycemia is not hereditary or congenital and is Not covered.   There will be a certain amount of stress on the puppy when it leaves our environment. This warranty  does not cover against stress induced problems such as Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar which is especially problematic in smaller breeds).
Upper respiratory, skin, teeth, testicles, hernia repair after leaving us, allergies, temperament, all treatable conditions are not covered and anything not mentioned is Not Covered.  Parvo vet expenses are  covered only for  3 days from leaving my home and are limited to one half cost of the pet.  For this coverage you must contact me Prior to starting treatment and I must speak with the veterinarian. There will be no exceptions to this  for reimbursement.
5. YOU HAVE AGREED
TO MICROCHIP THE PUPPY. You agree that it is essential that  both of us  have the ability to positivly identify the puppy purchased.
PICKING UP   You have the option of having the puppy microchipped prior to departure for $30.00. If not done prior to pick-up you agree to have your veterinarian Micro-Chip the puppy on first vet visit and to provide the microchip number and a copy of the micro chip number on the required vet form. .Should you fail to follow this instruction the warranty is Void. In case of claim you must be able to provide proof that it is this puppy in question. THIS IS THE ONLY PROOF  THAT IS ACCEPTED.
SHIPPING-IT IS REQUIRED BY CONTINENTAL TO BE MICROCHIPPED.  The charge of 30.00 WILL BE BILLED TO YOU on the shipping Invoice.
To have a veterinarian exam the pet in the first 48 hours and have the vet fax back the vet health check
NO REFUNDS for allergies, marital, landlord, found another puppy, changed my mind, got laid off or  any related shipping issues.
After the puppy is in your home, should you find that you are no longer to care for the puppy . Please contact us. We will be happy to help you place the puppy in a new home by advertising him on our  web site.
YOU UNDERSTAND that puppies can become ill. While this is a warranty you undersand that it is not Pet Insurance.  Seller does not cover upper respiratory, Parvo past 3 days or Distemper past 5 days. If you have had a puppy previously pass with a viral. This warranty is void.

By signature you understand and agree that seller is not responsible to pay vet bills. This is a replacement warranty Only.

PLACEMENT We will only take a dog into our home should you not be able to provide the dog a place to live. You will be required to provide vet documentation of proper health care. To include heartworm, vaccinations, worming and flea/tick control prior to arriving in our home.. The vet must  sign a statement that the microchip matches his records. (Should this dog not have been micro chipped I can not be assured that it is the puppy that I sold you)  The dog must be groomed and free of all parasites.  The pet must be returned to our home. We do not pick up from the airport or pay for any related air fare.  Unless prior approval payment  and arrangements have been made.  Ownershiishp, registration will all have to be transfered to us at time of delivery to us.  You undersatnd and agree that you will be due no monies  upon the return of this dog into my home.   For No reason will abused or  aggresive dogs be allowed to be returned to my home.  As temperament is out of my control once the pet leaves my home. 
DEPOSITS As an adult you understand you are making this commitment. Once the puppy is removed from sale should any of the fore mentioned above occur you understand you have forfeited  any and all monies sent to us.  Should the puppy you have selected become ill or not pass the health exam prior to shipping,  you will be refunded  the purchase price and any shipping paid immediately by the seller. Or you may choose another puppy.  Some puppies are too small to leave for their new home. if you are purchasing a tiny puppy you agree to wait until it is safe and the vet has said that the puppy appears sturdy enough to change homes. No puppy will be put at risk.  Having to wait past 8 weeks is not grounds for a REFUND.  You will have a lifetime to spend with the puppy.
To maintain the warranty the pet is to be Spayed or Neutered prior to the age of 1 year. Or the warranty will expire at One Year.
All claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages are hereby excluded.

Balance and shipping must be paid by the time the puppy reachs the age of 6 1/2 weeks. Deposits/payment in full  are non-refundable
If balance is not paid on deposits, and prior , written permission by seller has not been given in writing, client shall forfiet all monies and any claim to the puppy.

*Shipping is provided as a "service" Not as a conditon of sale. Any delays by the airlines due to weather, canceled flights etc.  are not terms for a refund of this purchase. Seller will make every effort to provide shipping as soon as your airline
permits. If purchasing for a gift it is suggested that you choose the closest airport that Continental ships puppies to. Continental is the has only temperature controlled flights and over 98% of these flights are non-stop from Houston,Tx.

Buyer agrees the warranty is governed by the sate of Texas and its terms and provisions shall be construed and applied in accordance with the laws of Texas. No other State laws shall govern or are considered in  this agreement of sale.  Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in Waller County, Texas  Seller is entitled to attorney fees arising out of any letigation involved with this contract.
By payment you have accepted ownership to the puppy listed And have become the legal owner of said puppy. Should you change your mind, or not be  able to take the chosen puppy prior to the pick-up/shipping date you will not recieve a Refund. Seller will maintain 1/2 the purchase price and provide a credit of 1/2 the purchase price toward the purchase of another puppy within 1 year from the date of cancelation. 
When using Pay pal/Credit Card as a Payment method, You are agreeing to a No charge back policy. Please be advised that should you pursue a chargeback, The seller will proceed with legal action to recover all monies and attorney fees to recover all losses. This is a legal and binding contact for  both parties.
Buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth.
